I have no idea how Kim made it throught the 24 hours as I almost didn't, and I DID EVEN DO ANYTHING.

Welcome Kara Nickeise Dobrzensky!

Wow, what a week! Kara was born on October 23 at 2:56 p.m. She weighed in at a whopping 9.7 lbs! She is just gorgeous, and we love her so very much! After 20 hours of labor with no progression, they took her by c-section. Thanks for all of the well wishes from everyone, and we will keep you posted as for now, enjoy all of the picture posts!!!

October 16th.......

Still no baby! This was the official due date, and we are still waiting! I am ready to meet our little one, and I want to be out of this uncomfortable state....... Hopefully it will happen in the next few days, we are all very anxious!

Well, tomorrow is the official due date, and I am hoping that it happens in the next few days!!!! I am VERY uncomfortable, and ready to meet our little peanut!!!!! We go to the doctor today, and hopefully something has changed, and we are getting closer, that would be nice! Just thought I would give all an update! Keep us in your thoughts!

Here are some pictures of the shower that Aunt Julie, Nicole, Jackie and Jenn threw for me! I felt so pampered, and I LOVED the cake! The whole shower was wonderful, they really outdid themselves!

I had another wonderful shower this weekend! It was thrown by Aunt Julie, Jackie, and Nicole! It was so nice. The decorations were absolutley adorable, and the food was out of this world! I received some really nice gifts and it was just great to mingle with everyone. This baby has been so spoiled already with THREE showers! Brian and I are just so happy that we can surround ourselves with people who love and care about us. I do not have any pictures to post. Carol had her camera there, and was able to take a lot of pictures, so once I get some, I will post them. Our little "Peanut" is so loved! We are so lucky to have such wonderful families!
